WGU strives to eliminate barriers that stand between you and a quality education–which is why we've teamed up with the Reboot Representation Tech Coalition to launchB4Women in Tech.

This program helps put an accredited and affordable IT degree within reach of Black, Latina, and Native American women wanting to build or grow tech-focused careers.

As a grad, you can network withand provide career guidance and professional support to a female student at WGU. In this volunteer role, you will serve as a bridge builder on the path to a fellow Night Owl's career success.
