There are programs available that are not well known, such as the All Kids Program, which offers Illinois’ uninsured children comprehensive health care that includes doctor’s visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices, eyeglasses and asthma inhalers. Parents pay monthly premiums for the coverage, but rates are significantly lower than on the private market.
Financial Assistance
As a service to our community, Riverside provides care at a reduced rate or without charge to eligible persons demonstrating financial need and the inability to pay. Additionally, Riverside offers reasonable payment plans to meet financial obligations, and uninsured patients receive an automatic discount on total gross billed charges.

Our automated phone system allows you to pay your utility bill over the phone through our payment system. Contact Customer Service at (951) 782-0330 and follow the menu prompt option to make a payment using the automated system.
