      Mr. Anders,

There is no speculation or falsehoods. the individuals mentioned here, along with yourself, were absolutely arrested for the charges mentioned. That is not an unproved fact. The article doesn’t allege if you are guilty or not, however, you were arrested as part of this investigation. Dakota Anders:

You manipulated the context, and emphasized the allegations. Even if you are 99% correct, it’s that one percent, the ones life you set back and put struggle to, forming opinions on the public eye. Will you stand when the real truth is settled and put in the same effort. Are you proud of this.

25 counts and 10 different individuals charged with the aid&abet providing drugs to inmate 14-258.1(A)..
Stillwelll is charged with five felony counts of contraband to inmate. Are Stillwell’s the same charges of aid &abet received by the 10 individuas above or different Brittney Lofthouse?Just to clarify.
Seems lopsided.Stillwell aided &abetted theses 10 accused individuals apparently or they wouldn’t have charges ‘right”.She must have hade knowledge of her oversights and wrongdoings or 25 charges would be avoided..
    Your thoughts?

The charges are “Named” different things, based on their role, but the offense violated is actually the same and is part of the same statute. NC General Statute § 14-258.1. (A) which actually stated: (a) If any person shall give or sell to any inmate of any charitable, mental or penal institution, or local confinement facility, or if any person shall combine, confederate, conspire, aid, abet, solicit, urge, investigate, counsel, advise, encourage, attempt to procure, or procure another or others to give or sell to any inmate of any charitable, mental or penal institution, or local confinement facility, any deadly weapon, or any cartridge or ammunition for firearms of any kind, or any controlled substances included in Schedules I through VI contained in Article 5 of Chapter 90 of the General Statutes except under the general supervision of a practitioner, poison or poisonous substance, except upon the prescription of a physician, he shall be punished as a Class H felon; and if he be an officer or employee of any institution of the State, or of any local confinement facility, he shall be dismissed from his position or office. Additional charges are likely.
